1. I'm interested in having Icing on the Cake Designs create an invitation or announcement for me. What do I do next?
First thing you need to do is get in touch with me either by phone or email. Give me a little idea of what you are looking for, quantity, date needed, budget and any other necessary information. From there, I will begin to create your one of a kind design.

2. What samples or proofs will I see before printing?
You will receive the initial samples when you're provided with the estimate.
Once we make all necessary changes to create your perfect invitation or announcement, you will see a final proof before production.

3. Do you print addresses on the envelopes?
Yes, I will print guest and return addresses on request. Let me know when you contact me so that it can be incorporated into your estimate.

4. Will I be able to make changes to the invitations/announcements?
You will be able to make any changes along the way. However if there are change requests after you have given final approval and production has begun, you will be charged for any materials that need to be reprinted or reordered.

5. Can I add matching elements to my wedding invitation?
I will create any matching elements that you'd like…programs, table cards, favors, menus, place cards, direction sheets, etc.

6. Will I be required to assemble any part of the invitation/announcement?
Of course not! All designs will be delivered to you completed and assembled. I will even handle the postage and mailing on request. I am here to make your wedding planning easier in any way I can.

7. How is payment handled?
Once you choose a design, you will send 50% of the estimate along with the signed contract. The balance will be due upon final approval of your invitations or announcements.

8. Is postage included in the estimate?
No. Postage is not included in the estimate. However, if you would like me to take care of the postage and deliver your designs with the stamps already on the envelopes, let me know in advance.

9. How many designs will you create for me to choose from?
That depends how specific your request is. I will create anywhere from one to three designs for you based on the information you supply.

10. Do you do standard invitations?
I will create any design you have your heart set on, from simple to extravagant.

11. Where are you located? Do you have a store I can visit?
I am located just outside of Philadelphia. At this time, I do not have a store. However, we can work together over the phone, through email or in person when possible.
